How can I return or exchange a product?

Return or exchange of product ONLY for wrongly sent items, and out of stock items.
If you happen to receive an item that was not what you ordered, please contact us at Instagram DOINKLAB or email us within 3 days, together with the photo of the parcel. 

Can I get a refund?

Please note that our company does not offer refunds for products purchased. However, in the event that you receive an item that was wrongly sent to you, we kindly request that you contact our customer service team.
