We offer shipping to Malaysia and Singapore. Shipping fees and delivery times may vary depending on your location. Please refer to our Shipping page for detailed information.
*We did offer FREE SHIPPING to west Malaysia when you purchase above RM200.
4. Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery.
5. What is your return & refund policy?
- Return or exchange of product ONLY for wrongly sent items, and out of stock items.
- If you happen to receive an item that was not what you ordered, please contact us at Instagram DOINKLAB or email us within 3 days, together with the photo of the parcel.
- Please note that our company does not offer refunds for products purchased. However, in the event that you receive an item that was wrongly sent to you, we kindly request that you contact our customer service team.

8. Is the product ready stock?
Products are ready stock unless stated otherwise. ( For example: “out of stock”, or “backorder”).
*Please note that backordered items may require additional processing time before they can be shipped. We estimate that these items will be delivered within 7-28 days from the date of purchase. We appreciate your patience and assure you that we are working diligently to fulfill your order and get it to you as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding.
9. Is the products authentics?
All of the products are 100% authentic, originally imported from Korea.
10. When will my order send to me?
Once we receive payment, we will process your order.
Weekdays:
Paid order before 6 p.m. ship on the next 1-2 working days.
Usually, it takes 3 – 5 business days to receive your parcel, depending on your area.
Weekends:
Processed the following Monday.
*For backorder items, it will take around 7-21 days to ship out.
**For Olive Young’s backorder items, it will take around 7-21 days to ship out.
11. My order have ready stock and backordered item, how will it process?
If the order consists of a combination of “READY STOCK” items and “BACKORDERED” items, then the parcel will only be shipped when all items have arrived from the supplier.
12. Can I combine different orders to be shipped together?
Yes, if the first order have not been shipped.
You can combine orders, by clicking combine order at the check out page.
