Refund policy

We do not offer refunds for after payment is made.
However, we allow replacements or corrections under the following conditions:
- Incorrect items or missing products due to packing errors
- Damaged products upon arrival (unboxing video required)
Please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order at doinklab@gmail.com or Instagram @doinklab. Items must be returned within 7 days of approval in original condition and packaging.
Refunds are only provided if the item ordered is out of stock and cannot be fulfilled.
